I could see the contentiousness detail he had not only in as a buying agent but also a selling agent. He was there for all the details of what it took to prepare the property to sell. He was conservative in what repairs I needed to make as I will willing to make more but he said it was not necessary. My house had challenges that other properties do not normally have with respect to a room that was not permitted as well as an area where the previous owners had extended a fence to a field in our backyard. Brent also offered to stage the home with whatever furniture I had left in the home and did not charge me a large monthly sum to stage the house or get a third party for me to pay more money to, I really appreciated that.

Each challenge Brent calmly approached and assured me he was there for the distance as I had already bought a property in Texas and could not be in California to oversee the sale. At one point I was really ready to give up but Brent continued to pursue selling the home with the positive statement that “it only takes one buyer”. To the very end there were financing recommendations as well as addendums to protect me legally with all we did. Having been an attorney in another lifetime again I was impressed with his impeccable attention to detail and my protection as a seller. Brent worked an offer around Christmas week which is not the easiest time to sell a house that ultimately closed.
